Jamesons Whiskey Distillery
Location: Smithfield village, Dublin For a great tour, and some free samples head to the Jameson Distillery in Dublin. This is less popular (and hence less crowded) than the Guiness Brewery Tour, but a lot more fun and laid back!! This is a mock up of what a working distillary looks like and it's not done that well. Apart from that it's quite a good tour. It was fantastic with a real life, funny, informative guidenot like the Guiness which was a complete disappointment except for the circular bar and the views from the top. It was too automated, if they were actuallty working and lacking the personal touch.
