Location: Day trip from Florence by bus. Can do Siena and San Gimignano in same day.

Beautiful small medieval town surrounded by the tuscanny landscape. All the streets are pebbled and many become little alley ways leading all over the place. Worth the money to go to the top of one of the towers to get a complete 360 view of the landscape.

Great town. It can get very crowded but it is nice to wander the streets without all these cheap, nasty souvenirs hanging about. It is still has lots of souvenir places but more quality and different to what you usually see. Easy to walk around and a lovely calming atmosphere and beautiful views surrounding the town and the drive there is gorgeous. Another town close by that is nice to visit is called Volterra.
