Location: Taxi from Bangkok Airport takes about 2 and a half hours

This is a quiet beach and bay close to the town of Hua Hin which is on the coast of the Gulf of Thailand not far from bangkok. You can laze on the beach, visit the many temples, elephant rides and horse riding, beach and water sports.

Khao Takiab beach in Hua Hin was far better than the main beach. We were pleasantly surprised to find palm trees, thatched beach bars and restaurants, we even moved from our hotel in town and had 4 fabulous days at the Anantasila on the beach at Takiab Bay
