Iskender is the traditional dish of Bursa. If you love meat (the main ingredient
of iskender is "doner", another speciality of Turkey) you'll love iskender. The
name comes from the founder of the dish.

You can find a good Iskender also in Istanbul. But of course, the best at Bursa :)
