Scenic Flight in Taupo
I flew around lake taupo and flew over the waikato river, the maori rock carvings and the local falls (Huka Falls - pronounced hooker falls). Was a few hundred new zealand dollars which was quite good as I was paying pounds. Well worth it.

Taupo
Taupo is a great place to visit as there is tonnes to do in summer and winter, youcan go water skiing, fishing ,swimming, bungy jumping, sky diving, skiing, but what i like to do after any of these is to go for a nice soak in the hot pools heated naturally underground taupo hot springs is the best for relaxing or if you dont want to pay for a dip if you go up spa road to spa park and down to the waikato river there is a lovely hot spring going into the river there and that is also nice.
