Location: In the city centre and ask for the Plaza Mayor - you can't miss it. Better at night!

Salamanca was the European City of Culture and Heritage 2002 and there are a lot of good reasons why! The Plaza Mayor is by far the most impressive in all of Spain. Plus the City has TWO cathedrals a collection of churches and convents a Roman Bridge, theHouse of Shells, and there is also the university with the famous Frog as well. Everything is reallyclose together so it's all easy to find.
