Location: Koh Yao Island between Phuket and Krabi, close to Phangnga

Koh Yao Island, in particular Koh Yao Noi is a quiet small tropical island close to Phuket and Krabi. You need to taker a boat to reach Koh Yao from either Phuket or Krabi. There are various places to stay but don't expect large hotels on Koh Yao but small mostyly luxury resorts such as the Koh Yao resort and the Paradise Resort. There is little to do but relax, but that is the beauty of Koh Yao. Ideal for those looking for a small island near Phuket to resort and relax.
